Bitcoin
This is my first post, so please mods move it if it's in the wrong place. I've been using
PP for a number of years, and overall pretty pleased with it. However I don't believe in not
having a plan B.

So are any of you actually using Bitcoin? I don't want the rah-rah "it's going to change the world" session or "it's great! here's my affiliate link" type responses please. I'm trying to find someone who has used it, is using it or more importantly, stopped using it.

Thank you for your time.

RE:
I tried it out, but I don't get all the hype - so what if it's decentralized currency. I think the people most excited about it are those that are doing something really really blackhat (I'm thinking gambling/illegal porn) and like that they can convert their black money into white money (since no one can trace the transaction of the bitcoin, they just know which wallets it went to, but not what it was for).

RE:
I use Bitcoin on a regular basis and have set up several white-hat operations using it exclusively.

The main reason for using it exclusively, no fees, no charge backs, and security you don't get with PayPal who can decide they don't like you or what you're doing and shut off your access to your money.

I also actively promote several charitable sites using Bitcoin as well as consult off-line businesses in it's use and acceptance in retail shops.

I've even bought several household items online at Amazon with gift cards purchased online with Bitcoin, and had the items delivered to my house faster and cheaper than if I were using CreditCards.

+Rep is nice, but would rather you donated Computing power, Bitcoin mining power or direct BTC to http://peacelovebitcoin.org/ they need your help, more than I need +Rep points.
