after i use a bought address to receive Pin, my account is banned,why?thanks

my friend use a fake address to apply uk adsense
when he want to receive pin code,
he use a bought pin address to receive pin, after he revise this address , and after 5days, his account is banned，


so i think,
1,whether adsense change his policy,
before, one uk address can receive many uk accounts,
even a account is banned,other accounts is not banned
but now, one address only receive one account pin code, if this address once received other accounts pin code , this account will banned,right?
do you think so?

2,if we receive this Pin code with bought pin address within 3days, after we receive pin,then we revise this bought address with other address ,whether our account is banned?

3， this bought address may receive many pin code, so if this address not receive pin code recently(that is,this address receive many pins ,but within a short time,this address not receive pin ) ,whether we use this address to receive Pin, and our account is not banned

4, whether you use a bought address receive pin and, after you receive Pin, your account continue to use ,and not banned, how do you deal with this problem?
